We’re confident you’ll be thrilled with your Design Your Own merch order, but on the off chance you have a change of heart, there’s a sneaky little window of time between placing your online order and approving the artwork where we can hit the brakes, and sort out a refund. Once you give approval on your digital artwork proof, though, the presses start rolling, and your merch dreams are already in motion—so there’s no turning back from there and we would not be able to issue a refund.
